We delete these information completely from our system after the shipment is being paid and shipped. It is very important that the shipping address you provided match your credit card billing address. Your order will not be processed, if the shipping address does not match your billing address. We do verify each and every credit card purchase on the billing address. We however accept American Express corporate card with different shipping address if we can verify your work address and telephone number.. d) Fraudulent Orders: On all orders we received, we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. We also track your ISP and we will notify properly authorities in your cites regarding any fraudulent activities. There are 4 additional ways to order: 1) Order By Phone: If you prefer to order by phone, you can call us at 650-232-1203 Mon- Fri (Pacific Time 11:00am- 4:00pm) to order, and give us your payment information over the phone. We do not take Express Mail phone orders. 2) Order by Check: After you fill out the order, you can print out the order form and mail it with your check to the address below, make sure you put down your drivers license number and date of birth on the check. Shipment will be shipped after your check is being cleared, therefore, it will take a little longer - around 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We keep strict confidential of all your personal billing information. 3) Order by e-mail: You can type down what you want and e-mail us at customer@sovaleather.com. If you have any questions or special requests please include in the e-mail. We will reply you or call you back if we have any questions.
A) Returns: Any return product must be returned within 14 business days upon receipt of our goods. If you are not able to (due to vacation etc...) you must inform us in advance by sending e-mail to customer@sovaleather.com that you are returning the goods. Any returns that is longer than 20 business days upon receipt of our goods will be refused by us. Also, we do not refund our shipping charges to you. 1) Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. 2) If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited as well. However, we do not take back damaged merchandise that has been abused or caused by overloading & overstretching the goods. 3) Your card will be credited when Sova has received and processed your returned item. 4) Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow at least one billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
B) Return Product in Non-Use Condition: Product you bought from us cannot be used at all. The item must be returned with all protective bags, tags, cards, receipts and invoices.. in the same condition as received, no stains, scratches, cuts or subject to any cigarette smell or perfumes, etc. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If the item has been used, it will be returned to you immediately. You can reuse the original shipping box when returning.. C) Repair: We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge, within 30 days after the purchase.
