If you are not able to (due to vacation etc...) you must inform us in advance by sending e-mail to customer@sovaleather.com that you are returning the goods. Any returns that is longer than 14 business days upon receipt of our goods will be refused by us. Also, we do not refund our shipping charges to you. b) Return Product in Non-Use Condition: Product you bought from us cannot be used at all. The item must be returned with all protective bags, tags, cards, receipts and invoices.. in the same condition as received, no stains, scratches, cuts or subject to any cigarette smell or perfumes, etc. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If the item has been used, it will be returned to you immediately. You can reuse the original shipping box when returning.. c) Repair: We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge, within 30 days after the purchase.
