1) We ship by UPS or US Postal at our choice, for US domestic shipment it takes normally 2- 4 business days for us to process the order, and 4- 9 business days for transportation (approx. 14 business days by Ground), not including weekends or holidays, as UPS (or US Postal) normally do not delivery on weekends.
2) Shipping & handling charge is a flat fee of $3.00-$9.00 for domestic USA. If there is a backorder, or out of stock on a certain item, we will inform you immediately. For urgent Express Mail shipment, please call us at 1-415-626-8899 Mon-Fri (Pacific Time 11:00am- 4:00pm) to re-confirm, extra charges will apply. For Overseas shipment, it takes at least 2-3 weeks (working days) depending on the country and its Customs inspection..
